I've led product through Penn Entertainment's full sportsbook evolution — from Barstool Sportsbook through the ESPN BET relaunch to theScore BET — owning Discovery, Search, and Homepage pillars across both U.S. and Canadian markets.

• Drove product through the Barstool Sportsbook → ESPN BET rebrand — the most successful sportsbook relaunch in U.S. history, reaching #1 on the App Store and top 5 on Google Play at launch.
• Led the relaunch of theScore BET in the Canadian market, delivering a localized product experience under a distinct brand and regulatory framework.
• Built search from scratch during a full platform migration — cutting zero-result queries by 35% and growing search-to-bet conversion by 86% through iterative relevance tuning, DSML modeling, and a ground-up redesign that introduced bet-from-search.
• Conceived and launched Parlay Lounge — a curated pre-built parlay surface that reached 37% user penetration and a 73% add-to-slip bet placement rate.
• Built and launched Spotlight Carousel, a homepage betting surface that became the primary bet placement path for major events — driving 50%+ Spotlight bet attribution during March Madness 2026.
• Launched live in-app streaming across 12+ sports, driving peak YoY improvements of 70% in GGR and 22% in bets placed on streamed events against a backdrop of flat overall MAUs.

Managed feature delivery across mobile and web for T-Mobile MONEY in a regulated fintech environment. Owned customer communication strategy across push, email, SMS, and in-app channels. Drove QA automation and analytics tooling to improve delivery efficiency.

Delivered performance and reporting tools for Core Operations teams across global asset management divisions. Translated business requirements into technical specifications using SQL and Java.

Led domestic stock loan operations across New York, Newark, and Mumbai. Managed SLA compliance and offshore process integration. Earned Team Excellence Award for leading a team migration from Brooklyn to Newark.
